Ireland is about to implement tougher budget

Ireland, the victim of severe debt crisis, is holding the budget talk in Dublin which is labeled as the toughest-ever budget of the history.

"This budget is every bit as bad as we feared," said Eamon Gilmore, leader of the opposition Labour Party.
