Nouri Al-Maliki is trying best re-gaining his previous post of Prime Minister-ship by winning the trust of Shi'ite bloc from Parliament.
He notably received backing of self-exiled cleric, Moqtada Al-Sadr, triggering concerns amongst the Sunni population.
As of the moment, Al-Maliki still needs the support of the other MPs to secure the majority in the Parliament, especially with the Kurdish representatives who are holding balance of power.
As the Oil contracts and export order due, negotiations with other parties could be bit difficult and doubtless, will take more time to resolve.
